Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for the payment. If payment is not received, no items will be shipped. Shipping will be paid for by the buyer , unless stated otherwise by management of Always Been Solid, LLC. Tracking information will be provided to the buyer (via email or whatever platform the order was submitted on) once item(s) have shipped. Always Been Solid, LLC is not for responsible for any lost items. You will need to contact the mailing provider for assistance. Items have a 7 day timeframe to be shipped once payment has been confirmed.
Bracelet Sizing Policy
Buyer is responsible for selecting their sizes needed for any bracelet purchased. Always Been Solid, LLC is not responsible for replacing any bracelets that do not fit properly. If the size is not selected then bracelet will be made according to the standard size listed under that particular bracelet.
Always Been Solid, LLC strives to provide quality customer service. Written notification is required 7 days of received items. Notification must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Items are not eligible for refunds after 14 days of being received by the buyer. If incorrect item is sent, Always Been Solid, LLC will replace with correct purchase for free of charge.
